Terms of service

The short version

We produce model academic work, exam preparation, and portfolio drafting to order: study-reference drafts, board writing, TECEP readiness kits, and PLA documents built from your true record, delivered on quoted timelines with free revision until the letter posts. Anything sat, timed, or monitored stays prep-only, you take every exam yourself; portfolio content states only what is true of your record; and no one here ever touches your school accounts. Using the service means accepting these terms.

The service model

Deliverables are custom-written study models and preparation materials grounded in what you provide, produced by our writing and prep teams and delivered to your personal email. How you use them is your decision and your responsibility; the intended use is as reference, structure, and preparation for your own submissions and sits. We are an independent service with no affiliation to, or endorsement from, Thomas Edison State University.

The permanent boundaries

We do not sit TECEP exams, proctored course exams, or timed assessments of any kind on a client's behalf, and we do not log into school systems, myEdison, Moodle, MyProgress, ProctorU, or any portal. PLA portfolios are drafted exclusively from a client's real, documented experience: we structure and write, we never invent, embellish, or import. Requests to cross these lines are declined without exception, whatever the deadline.

Quotes, payment, and the offer

Every order is quoted flat before you commit: level, length, and timeline priced in writing, no hourly metering, no post-hoc additions. Rush windows are named as rush at quote time. Promotional offers, including the current 29% first-module discount, apply at quote and never retroactively. Payment clears through the secure processor before work begins.

Revision, readiness, and the make-good ladder

Revision on any written deliverable is free until the grade letter posts, scoped to the original instructions and rubric. If a delivered piece misses the agreed standard, the make-good ladder applies to the next deliverable. TECEP readiness calls are honest judgments, not guarantees of Credit; the sit is yours, and so is the outcome. Portfolio engagements warrant the quality of the argument, never a specific assessor decision.

Your responsibilities

Send complete instructions and rubrics; represent your background and record truthfully, especially in portfolio work, where truth is the product's entire strength; keep your school credentials to yourself; and use deliverables in line with your own judgment of your program's policies. You are the only party who submits anything anywhere.

Liability and changes

Our liability caps at the amount paid for the deliverable in question. These terms may be updated; the posted version governs from its posting date. Questions route to the contact desk and get plain answers.
